2. Take Our R90 Questionnaire
Once the correct service for you has been established, you will complete the R90 Questionnaire, which provides us with a detailed overview of your current recovery approach and sleeping environment.
3. Your Customised Recovery Plan
Based on the information provided in your questionnaire, your customised plan will be developed and presented to you, either in a document or during a call, depending on your coaching option.

I approached Nick to help me prepare for Race Across America, a 3080 mile, 12 day ultra-cycle race. My initial concern was how to deal with the challenge of severe sleep restriction, but I quickly realised I was asking the wrong question. Nick focused me in on the importance of getting to the start line physically and mentally refreshed, taking a holistic approach not just to sleep but to the whole concept of recovery (which I generally viewed as just wasted time off the bike!). I learnt to value recovery time as vital to both training progress and health, taking both nightime sleep and naps seriously (including the odd summer lunchtime nap on a park bench across from work). This approach and the sleep hygiene strategies we implemented helped me balance a gruelling training strategy with a demanding veterinary job. We profiled my crew to find out who would fit better into day and night shifts and over the course of 3 years of big races worked on the best approaches for me to manage jet lag, sleep restriction and the delicate balance of mileage and recovery. Nick changed my whole attitude to sleep and recovery; it’s something we all need to prioritise for our wellbeing and to help us perform better at whatever we want to do. His passion for his subject and his desire to learn and to share his knowledge make him a pleasure to work with and I hope I have the opportunity to do so in the future.
